These Terms and Conditions govern use of shopbeautyblossom.com and purchases of our beauty and personal-care products. BeautyBlossom is the trading name used by Jeshua Gildardo Alapizco Acosta, an individual seller based in Mexico. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to him as the seller. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Using the store
Please provide accurate order and contact information. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or the appropriate permission of a parent or guardian. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property, or interference with its security or operation.
Product information
The product description, quantity, size, ingredients and relevant instructions shown for the item form part of the information about your purchase. Images may appear slightly different on different screens, but this does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.
Follow the product label and safety instructions. Review ingredients before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Product information does not replace personalised medical advice. Results may vary; no particular beauty outcome is promised unless an express, substantiated guarantee is stated for that product. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for unsafe, faulty or misdescribed goods.
Prices, payment and orders
The currency, price and applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged by us for that order. Promotions apply only on the conditions stated with the offer.
By placing an order, you offer to buy the selected items. An automatic order-received email acknowledges receipt and is not by itself acceptance. We accept the order when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. If we cannot accept an order because goods are unavailable, payment cannot be processed or there is a clear material error, we will contact you and promptly refund any payment taken. We will not require you to accept a different price or product without your agreement. We provide the contract information in an email or other format you can save.
Delivery and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation rights, return costs and remedies. Those policies form part of these terms. Your statutory cancellation rights remain available even if you have already paid or the order has been dispatched.
Customer reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review or other content, it should reflect your experience and should not contain unlawful material or another person's private information. You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to display it in connection with the store and product, subject to any additional permission required by law. We may moderate unlawful or abusive content, but we do not use moderation to misrepresent customer experiences.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Our branding and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping purposes. Third-party services linked from the site have their own terms; those terms do not reduce our obligations to you for your purchase from us.

Applicable law
Applicable mandatory laws govern your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to you, including applicable UK cancellation, refund and faulty-goods rights. You retain any rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law; these Terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court on consumers.
